Welcome to a new and easy way of managing your heat pump. Thermia Online has been replaced by a new service: MyThermia – showcasing a modern design and new user experience when monitoring and controlling your heat pump via app or web.

With the launch of our new service MyThermia on 18th of Sept 2026, there are a few important and useful things to know:

  • Your app changed its name and design · The web address for MyThermia is https://mythermia.thermia.com
  • User account and login credentials remain the same
  • Your accesses, settings and data are automatically carried over to the new service

Important information

Note that Thermia Online will soon retire. To maintain uninterrupted access to your Thermia services, you will need to transition to our new platform:

  • Either discover MyThermia right away if automatic updates are activated on your mobile phone.
  • Or you might be directed to Appstore / Google Play to manually update the service.

Our service for remotely managing heat pumps continues to be free of charge for private households and commercial heat pump owners.

Compatibility and supported languages 

MyThermia service is compatible with all heat pumps that are connected to Thermia Online. 

Following languages are supported: English, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Danish, Dutch, German, French, Polish, Czech, Estonian, Slovenian, Italian and Spanish.
