Thermia Online is going to be replaced

On 18 September, Thermia Online is being replaced with a new service that will make it even easier to manage your heat pump via the app or web.

For you as current Thermia Online user this means minor changes which are good to know before the introduction of the new service. We have compiled a few useful things to be aware of:

  • The app Thermia Online will change its name and design
  • The web address for Thermia Online will be updated
  • Your settings and data are automatically carried over to the new service
  • User account and login credentials remain the same

Important information

Accessing Thermia Online will not be possible after the new service has been launched.

The implementation will take place during September 18th, 2026 and interruption of service might occur. However, your heat pump will not be affected. 

As a current user of Thermia Online:

  • you will see the change right away if automatic updates are activated.
  • you might be directed to Appstore or Google Play to manually update the service. 

Our service for remotely managing heat pumps continues to be free of charge for private households and commercial heat pump owners.

Compatibility and supported languages 

The new service is compatible with all heat pumps that are connected to Thermia Online. 

Following languages are supported: English, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Danish, Dutch, German, French, Polish, Czech, Estonian, Slovenian, Italian and Spanish.
